Women Entrepreneurs in Lausanne
What is WEL?
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Reset Retreat in the Yucca Valley is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.
❋ Intentional StructureWe blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Collaborative EnergyConnection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
❋ Expert FacilitationLed by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ A Supportive SpaceOur events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
A very special thanks goes out to our partners, Janan and Lucio at Cospire, who generously provide the physical space for our members to meet monthly.

I only joined the WEL group recently, but so far it’s been a wonderfully affirming experience!
As someone just starting out on the entrepreneurial path, having a group of supportive and kind women helps me get rid of some of that “imposter syndrome” and makes me feel more empowered as part of a community I can turn to for advice and camaraderie. I really appreciate all the effort Becky puts into the meetups with her “magical questions” and space for group input, and just creating a really welcoming and kind community.

I have tried and tested many expat women’s groups over the past 25 years of expat life, and this women’s entrepreneur group is not just networking — it is community.
The women here are such a diverse group, all at varying levels of entrepreneurship. But one thing is common: we are all here to support one another. A place where Barbie no longer needs Ken!
Becky operates the group with clarity and precision. She keeps to the minute, yet it never feels rushed. Her ability to co-create this community isn’t luck; it is an art, reflected in the quality of the people who are part of it.

WEL has been an important resource and community to me over the last two years.
It has been a friendly and inspiring place (both in-person and online) to meet women and friends who understand the fluidity, evolution, and possibilities an entrepreneurial life brings.

Since I have joined and when I could manage and it brings me energy every time.
[Over the last few years,] The group has grown a lot and Becky has taken every opportunity to improve it according to what the group needed. Now it’s a great platform for female entrepreneurs in Lausanne to support each other’s growth and to find new ways to cooperate together. It’s such a refreshing and well spent 2 hours of the month!

Our group communicates in-person and our Whatsapp group in English. Some of us speak it as our mother tongue. Some of us are still learning. It’s all good.

There is no requirement to attend. The Whatsapp group is very active and if that is the only way you can participate, then please join! The coffee meetups are where the real magic happens, because they allow us to connect face-to-face.
