Together, we’ll gather in a relaxed atmosphere, share our ventures and journeys, discuss big questions in small groups, and enjoy elevated bites over glasses of local wine.

The Evening
Arrive between 18h and 18h15, get settled, and enjoy a welcome glass of wine (alcohol-free beverages will be available too).
At 18h30, we’ll kick off with networking, sharing, and connecting. Throughout the evening, you’ll get to enjoy Chef Fabiana’s delicious creations.
We’ll wrap up the program at 20h, but feel free to linger another hour, continuing the conversation with your new friends (additional glasses available for purchase).

Becky Guldin is a communications professional and grassroots organizer. After moving to Lausanne 3 years ago, Becky started her consultancy working with women-owned businesses and women-led organizations, inspired by her background in gender studies and gender justice advocacy work.

Fabiana is a Brazilian-Italian chef with 15 years of experience in the kitchen. Her journey began in hotel kitchens, where she fell in love with the fast-paced world of professional cooking. She spent nearly five years in Italy, honing her craft in trattorias and Michelin-starred restaurants before returning to Brazil to take on her first role as a head chef.
After years in high-pressure kitchens, she explored private dining, cooking classes, and even launched a successful cookie company before opening her own bakery, Baked. Now based in Lausanne, Fabi is driven by her lifelong passion for cooking and community and is the cook, baker, and pâtissière behind Au Four.

Nope! This event will be limited to 28 people to to foster a sense of intimacy and create community. We’ll rotate around the room so each attendee has a chance to meet each other. If you come by yourself, you’ll leave with new friends.
